Dedicated Server

Skill XP mutations should only execute on the server or in a server-authoritative context. The UFWSkillProgressionComponent performs authority checks internally when used on replicated actors. Client-side calls to AwardSkillXP and AwardCombatXP are ignored unless the owning actor has authority.
